Who are we and what services do we provide?
Ability Life is about living life to the fullest for people with a physical disability. The founder of Ability Life, Tom Branny, is not only the principal owner, but also predominantly a client. His expectations for a quality life have never diminished. In fact, now more then ever he lives life to the fullest in the Dominican Republic. We provide partial or a total care depending on your needs.

The founder, Tom Branny, was born in the Czech Republic and spent most of his life and career in Canada and the United States before relocating to the Dominican Republic. Tom was previously a successful businessman in the environmental remediation industry. Diagnosed with a progressive illness 14 years ago at the age of 56, Tom requires support from mobility devices and personal caregivers. Through his own experiences, Tom established a company of 20 plus employees to assist travelers or long term clients seeking sunshine or a better life.

Ability Life provides caregiver companions and total assistance at much lower rates compared to North American or European fees. Prices are based on individual packages. We are owners of several villas to accommodate a range of client preferences. We also have access to prime rental properties to provide more options.
